Facility Waste Heat Recovery Unit Upgrade
EDGPA provided the following services for a Central Facility Waste Head Recovery Unit Upgrade:
- Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Construction Support
- Technical spec and RFQ package for procurement of replacement unit components
- Developed plan for sequencing the replacement work for one unit in SIMOPS, two in planned Turnaround and last unit in SIMOPS
- Recommendation to increase platform crane capacity to allow for demo of internals w/o heavy lift vessel
- Material handling plan, structural steel for construction aids, heat barriers, pre-staging of new components and disposal of replaced items
